How to configure proxy in web browser (Windows, Opera)

  1. Open the menu in Opera, select Settings and click the Preferences...menu.
  2. Click at the Advance tab.
  3. Under the Advance, select the Network on the left pane.
  4. Click the Proxy Servers... button.
  5. Select Use manual proxy configuration option.
  6. Select HTTP check box.
  7. In the Proxy Server box, type the IP address or Hostname of the proxy server.
  8. In the Port box, type the port number that is used by the proxy server for client connections.
  9. Click OK to close the Proxy servers dialog box.
  10. Click OK again to close the Preferences dialog box.
